Starting here you can explore the picturesque forests and hills all around the large water dam “Dhunntalsperre” on a total of 180km of well-marked trekking routes. Next to the water dam the enchanted Eifgental along the Eifgenbach is beckoning: this route is one of the most beautiful parts of the Camino de Santiago leading via Cologne and Aachen all the way to Santiago de Compostela.
